I wrote that note in 2023 while preparing for our team’s 2024 business planning clinic. Little did I know the impact it would have on my life.

That sentence echoed in my head, daily, for weeks to come, until waking up one morning with a vision in my head and a purpose in my heart.

After 20 years as a real estate agent, building and leading the #5 team in the state of Florida, that day, I knew with absolute certainty that my purpose in this industry was to build something bigger. Something that would change lives. Something that would empower agents to dream big, thrive bigger, and build their greatest Legacy.

That vision became Legacy Premier Agency. 

Created for one reason: to help agents build. Build a bigger business. Build a better life. Build a lasting Legacy.

Real estate agents give more of themselves than most people will ever see. The time, money, energy, and emotional investment most often go unnoticed. Having started in real estate in 2005, I know firsthand the challenges, sacrifices, and pressure this career brings. I also know that most agents don’t make it, not because they lack drive or ambition, but because they lack the right systems, tools/tech, training, skills, and leadership needed to achieve success. They also rarely understand sales and how to win at creating, capturing, converting, and closing leads.
