A newly licensed or early-stage agent who is learning and developing core skills. This level focuses on growth through coaching, training, and consistent hands-on support.

Proven and Producing
Agent
An Agent has moved beyond the basics, built a strong foundation, and grown in confidence, professionalism, and ownership of their business growth. Upon achieving 25+ closed transactions or $250K+ gross commission for 2 consecutive years as an Agent, they advance to Premier Agent.

High-Level Performance
Premier Agent
A Premier Agent exemplifies a high level of professionalism, commitment, and consistency. They are focused, disciplined, and lead by example. Upon achieving 45+ closed transactions or $450K+ gross commission for 2 consecutive years as a Premier Agent, they advance to Legacy Agent.
