Revenue Share - Legacy Premier Agency
Revenue Share

Built Better.
Paid Better.

“A company's ability to generate revenue reflects its people and processes. Its willingness to share that revenue reflects its leadership and purpose.” — Nathan Lawrence, Founder & Owner
The Difference Is By Design

Built to Be
Different

Legacy Premier's revenue share program was designed to be simpler to understand, easier to track, and more profitable for agents than any other profit share or revenue share plan in existence.

We set out to build the highest Tier 1 payout in the industry, and we did. Up to $4,000 per agent, per year, paid from Legacy Premier's split, not the agent's.
Revenue share shouldn't require a spreadsheet to understand. Four tiers. Four straightforward percentages. Simple to understand. Easy to track.
The Payout Structure

Four Tiers.
Four Payouts.

Revenue share is calculated from a percentage of the gross commission income generated by agents in your network, and paid from the split Legacy Premier receives, not the agent who earned it.

What Makes
This Different

With profit share, your earnings are diluted by office overhead, high salaries, and expenses you have no control over.
Revenue share, unlike profit share, is calculated before expenses. And with most revenue share models, explaining it is extremely complicated, and understanding what you're actually earning is difficult.
We built ours to be the opposite. Simple math. Transparent numbers. A model designed to put the agent first, and reward you for contributing to the company's growth.

GCI
The total commission earned on the deal is what your revenue share is calculated from.
Paid From
The split Legacy Premier receives. The producing agent's earnings are never touched.
Revenue Share vs. Profit Share
You are paid off the top, not after overhead, salaries, and operating costs are factored in.
The Mechanics

How the Program
Actually Works

Everything you need to know about eligibility, network structure, tier unlocking, and what happens when agents move on.

01
Network Cascade
Your Network Grows Through Theirs
Agents you personally bring to Legacy Premier sit in your Tier 1. Agents they recruit become your Tier 2. Their recruits become your Tier 3, and so on through Tier 4. You earn on the production of agents you've never met, because the culture you helped build attracted them here.

02
Eligibility to Receive
You Have to Be Producing Too
To receive revenue share, you must have earned at least $10,000 in gross commission income in the previous 6 months. This requirement exists to keep the program tied to active, producing agents, not passive participation.
Legacy Premier does offer a 90-day grace period for new agents, so you can begin earning revenue share right away while you build your own business.

03
Tier Unlocking
Grow Your Network, Unlock Deeper Tiers
Tier 1 activates the moment you sponsor your first agent. As your direct network grows, deeper tiers unlock automatically. There is no additional production threshold on the agents in your network, bringing them in is enough to count toward your unlock milestones.

When Agents Leave
Revenue Share Stops Upon Departure
Revenue share stops immediately upon an agent's departure, including any pending closings. Additionally, any agents in their downline are removed from your revenue share network as well.
