My name is Natalie Shanina, and I’m proud to call Bay County, Florida, my home. Originally from Ukraine, I moved to the United States in 2016 to build a new life filled with opportunity and purpose. Before coming here, I worked as a physician, and that experience shaped my values of compassion, dedication, and attention to detail, the qualities that continue to guide everything I do today.

In addition to working as a critical care nurse, I am also a licensed real estate professional, a path I began at the end of 2022. Real estate has become one of my greatest passions because it allows me to combine my love for helping people with my excitement for Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast communities.
