As broker and owner, Nathan is the architect behind everything at Legacy Premier, the commission structure, the coaching culture, the lead systems, and the standards that define the brand. He is not a passive figurehead. He is involved, accessible, and deeply invested in the growth of every agent in the building.

Kurt Fadden is the person agents turn to when they want to get better. As Director of Sales, Kurt leads the coaching and mentorship programs at Legacy Premier, bringing practical, experience-driven guidance that actually moves the needle.
His coaching isn't theory pulled from a book. It's built on real production, real conversations, and a deep understanding of what separates good agents from great ones. Kurt works with agents one-on-one to identify the specific gaps slowing their growth and the opportunities they're positioned to capitalize on. He also leads group sessions where shared experience, accountability, and peer learning create the culture high performers stay for.

Before real estate, Tyler led a sales and recruiting department at one of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the country, managing more than 120 employees.
