Dana Young is a REALTOR® and Real Estate Advisor serving
Panama City Beach, 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, and surrounding communities along
Florida’s Emerald Coast, while continuing to serve clients throughout the
Birmingham Metro, including Mountain Brook, Homewood, Vestavia Hills, Hoover,
and Greystone.

Dana began her Real Estate career in Birmingham, Alabama,
where she developed extensive experience across Residential Real Estate,
Property Management, Commercial Leasing, Real Estate operations, and property
valuation. Her diverse professional background gives her a well-rounded
perspective on property, market value, negotiations, investments, and the many
details involved in a successful Real Estate transaction.

Dana’s connection to Florida’s Gulf Coast began long before
her professional expansion into the market. She grew up visiting and enjoying
these beaches, creating memories along the Emerald Coast throughout the years.
With her family having called the Panama City Beach area home for the past five
years, the community has become an increasingly meaningful part of her own life
as well. Bringing her Real Estate business to the Florida Panhandle is both a
natural professional progression and a personal homecoming to an area she has
known, loved, and returned to for many years.

That personal connection also gives Dana a special
appreciation for clients who are relocating to the area. She understands that
relocation is about much more than finding a property it is about finding the
right community, establishing a home, building new connections, and confidently
beginning the next chapter of life.

Outside of Real Estate, Dana enjoys spending time with her
family, traveling, working out, serving in her church and ministry, enjoying
the Gulf Coast, and cheering on Alabama Football.
