An Agent has moved beyond the basics, built a strong foundation, and grown in confidence, professionalism, and ownership of their business growth. Upon achieving 25+ closed transactions or $250K+ gross commission for 2 consecutive years as an Agent, they advance to Premier Agent.
Premier Agent

A Premier Agent exemplifies a high level of professionalism, commitment, and consistency. They are focused, disciplined, and lead by example. Upon achieving 40+ closed transactions or $400K gross commission for 2 consecutive years as a Premier Agent, they advance to Legacy Agent.

Additional Information
Cap
The max amount of commission an agent pays to the brokerage within a 12 month period. Once reached, agents keep 100% of their commission for the remainder of their 12 month "anniversary" period.
Anniversary Date
The annual reset date when the agent's commission split with the brokerage restarts to 80%, 85%, or 90%, depending on their level. This date is the month and day you joined, except for Associates, whose anniversary date is the date they advance to the "Agent" level.
