    Scott Kirkman is a distinguished real estate professional serving the Emerald Coast, known for his discerning market insight, exceptional client care, and unwavering commitment to integrity. A Panama City resident since 2008, Scott brings a deep connection to the community he serves. He is married to Kimberly and is the proud father of three children. Originally from Greenville, Illinois, Scott holds degrees from Millikin University, Florida Atlantic University, and the University of West Florida.

    Scott’s professional journey began in higher education, where he spent a decade as a Professor at Gulf Coast State College, teaching Music and Digital Media while overseeing 90.7FM WKGC. His years of leadership and relationship-building laid a foundation for the trust, communication, and individualized service that now define his real estate practice. Many of those early relationships continue today, as former students and colleagues rely on Scott to guide them through their home purchases and sales.

    Licensed in 2018, Scott entered the real estate industry during one of the most challenging periods in local history. In the aftermath of Hurricane Michael, he played a pivotal role in helping homeowners and investors navigate the purchasing and renovation of damaged properties. That experience refined Scott’s expertise in identifying value, assessing renovation potential, and overseeing successful property transformations—skills that now serve luxury buyers, sellers, and investors alike.

    Scott’s approach is tailored, refined, and service-driven. He is known for delivering a seamless, concierge-level experience from first conversation to closing day. His clients value his strategic mindset, market knowledge, and ability to create calm clarity in even the most complex transactions.
